What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Most items are shipped via Priority Mail, at a flat rate with a tracking number. If you would like your order shipped in a different manner, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, I am only shipping within the United States and Canada.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Items are shipped within 2 days of your order being placed, unless it is a custom order. Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to ship.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I Return/Exchange My Item(s)?
I want you to love your piece.

If you are not in love with your purchase, please contact me within three (3) days of receipt and return the piece(s) within seven (7) days of purchase. Custom orders may not be returned. If you place a custom order and then want to cancel it, cancellation must happen within two hours of the order being placed.

Sattva Designs is a small, personal company operated solely by Risa. Each piece is designed, created and reiki blessed by Risa rather than manufactured by a large company. The good news is that each piece is created with love and care.

Repairs

What should I do if my Mala breaks?
While malas are created using the highest quality available products, things do happen. If your mala should break within the first six months, please send it back for a free restringing. It is believed that when your mala breaks, the intention for which you need your mala has been achieved. That said, beyond six months, your mala can be absolutely restrung for a $30 fee. You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

What is the repair policy for Jewelry?
I do my best to create high quality, durable and magical pieces. However, if your piece should break within the first three months of delivery, I will do my best to repair the piece for free, minus any shipping costs. After that three-month period, please contact me and I will work with you to repair the piece for minimal costs. Please note that I cannot replace one-of-a-kind stones.

Can I exchange my item if I ordered the wrong size?
If you purchased the wrong size, please contact me immediately and I will do whatever I can to resize the piece for you. Not all rings can be resized, so please purchase carefully.
